- Send 1 representative to sign to sign-in beginning at 8:30 AM until 9:15 AM to receive line-up number and line-up location where directed on First St. from Union Ave. to Lincoln Ave. All entries should be in place no later than 9:45 AM.

- The judges will be on the South (left) side of the street at Ave. A

- Entry haulers, buses, and vehicles should be parked on the North side of First Street, West of Avenue E.

Parade Marshals will monitor parade flow and instruct entries to close any gaps. Parade Entries must comply.

Do not THROW candy OR hand it out from any parade vehicle. Candy, flyers or any other item being distributed to crowd must be handed out by going to the edge of the crowd at street side, handing item to an or, in the case of candy, just placing it on the ground.
