As a participant in the Snohomish Easter Parade, the organization or individual(s) identified above shall, as a condition of participation, indemnify and hold harmless the City of Snohomish, The County of Snohomish, and the non-profit corporation known as The KlaHaYa Days Festival, its officers, directors, and committee members from any and all claims, suits, lawsuits, damages, or expenses on account of bodily injuries or property damage arising out of their participation in the Snohomish Easter Parade. My organization understands that if we are handing out candy or flyers that we must not distribute from our vehicle and that representatives of our organization will go to the edge of the crowd to distribute candy or flyers.
