By submitting your Vendor Registration Form, you are stating that you have READ and UNDERSTAND the Rules and Regulations for this event and agree to ABIDE BY THEM throughout your association with the KlaHaYa Days Festival (CLICK HERE for complete Rules & Regs). You also agree that there are NO REFUNDS once you register.

You must submit a Certificate of Insurance with Kla Ha Ya Days Festival as a named insured to streetfair@klahayadays.com upon completion of registration. Your registration will not be confirmed until this COI is received.
