Firefighter’s Water Ball

Come watch as our local firefighters bring out their
pumper trucks and hoses to battle against each other.
Good, fun and wet. It’s the cool place to be on a hot

Baby Crawl Race

Who’s got the fastest legs and arms in Snohomish? Well,
under 1 year old, that is. Watch as babies are called,
enticed, and persuaded to come to mama or daddy. Gifts
to the winners and prizes for all. Must pre-register at
game registration booth.
Sawdust Treasure Hunt
1:00 PM – 3:00 PM 1st St. intersection Ave C
Sawdust and ring provided by SEA-SNO Mills
This is for the little kids. No one over eight years
old. There will be a ring of sawdust chuck full of
prizes and surprises. Littlest go first, then the older
kids get to have fun. Everyone wins what they find, But
wait! You can only leave the ring with three of your
treasures. So, choose wisely!
Ice Cream Eating Contest

What could be more enjoyable than a cool bowl of ice
cream on a hot July afternoon? How about sticking your
face in it? Competition will be in age groups. A $1.00
registration for this event, and all participants will
win a prize.
Street Chalk Art

Is there a Picasso undiscovered in Snohomish? Come and
enjoy the Street Chalk Art Event. Better yet, BE in the
Street Chalk Art Event. No charge, Chalk provided. All
artists win a prize and a special prize for who is
judged best.
Pie Eating Contest

These pies aren’t your everyday pies. They’re the best
pies in Snohomish, apple crumb pies from The Snohomish
Pie Company. If you think you can scarf one of these
down before anyone else, then this is your contest.
Heats will be set up in age groups. $1.00 registration
for this event but all win prizes. Besides where else
can you buy a big slice of pie for $1.00?
Watermelon Eating Contest

Cherry Pit Spitting Contest

95 feet 6-1/2 inches? I think we can do better than
that at Kla Ha Ya days, don’t you? Maybe you will be
the lucky person to set a new worlds record. Well, do

Pizza Olympics Finals
4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
1st St. between Ave. A and Ave. B

This is a 2 person team competition. Get your family,
friends, office workers, or club involved. Must sign up
on line at
www.klahayadays.com. There is an entry fee.
Preliminary competitions will be held week before at
Alfy’s Pizza. Finalists will compete head to head, I
mean pizza to pizza on Saturday. Trophies, prizes and
bragging rights for one year will be given.
Extreme Bed Races

This is a 5 person team
competition with a 2 lane race course which includes 3
fun and exciting task stations along the way. This is a
timed event against the clock for the entire race start
to finish. The fastest time will be awarded a wonderful
1st place trophy for display, with 2nd and 3rd fastest
time trophies awarded as well. Each team must complete a
paid pre-registration prior to the event. There will be
lots of fun and laughs for all, so don't miss out on
this premier race of the day!
