Time: Shotgun start at 1:00 pm – check in no
later than 12:30
Format: Handicapped Four (4) Person Team Scramble
Benefit: Snohomish Kla-Ha-Ya Days, Snohomish Community Food Bank & other Snohomish Community activities.
Registration: Go to
www.klahayadays.com , click “FORMS”, select
“Golf Tournament Registration". Print form, complete
and follow instructions on lower part of Form.
Cost: $80 per player. Golf carts are required
and included in this cost.
Dress Code: Snohomish allows casual attire.
Prizes: Trophies and prizes will be awarded to teams for both Gross and Net scores, longest Drive with
special prizes on the KP holes. All golfers will receive tee prizes for participating in the Tournament. There
will be a Banquet and Awards Ceremony following play.
Raffle: All golfers automatically entered into a
drawing for a variety of items donated by tournament
supporters.
Deadline: All entries must be received by Friday, July 6th, 2007. Only 140 players
allowed, don’t allow yourself to miss out by waiting too long.
